If your order is still within the returns period, you can return your product to our warehouse for a full refund within 14 days. Please use our Returns Portal, selecting "Faulty Product" as the reason for your return.
If your order is outside of the returns period, please contact Customer Care with the below images:
• The uppers and soles
• The product code
• The area of concern
• Your receipt/order number as proof of purchase
