You can return your product within 14 days, however, some exclusions apply:
• For hygiene reasons underwear and pierced jewellery (i.e. earrings, body jewellery) cannot be returned, unless faulty
• eGifts and Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged
• Only Clarks products purchased from a Boundary Mill location can be returned to Boundary Mill
• Our warehouse and stores cannot accept returns for partner products as these are managed by the brand that fulfilled your order
