A small fee applies to postal returns and will be deducted from your refund amount. Faulty items are exempt, but all returns are inspected and the fee will apply if no fault is found. Exchanges are free.
Orders can be returned to our stores free of charge. Please note, purchases made on www.clarksoutlet.co.uk cannot be returned to an Full Price store.
