We currently offer returns through our portal using EVRi. We understand that certain remote areas and locations outside of mainland UK may not have a local ParcelShop. We recommend you return using a Post Office and contact our Customer Care Team with a copy of your receipt for reimbursement.
Please note, we will verify the distance between your location and a EVRi ParcelShop prior to a refund being approved. For any queries regarding your return, please contact Customer Care who would be happy to advise further.
